Help launch SparkCalc

A free, offline job-site calculator for Canadian electricians — 17 calculators, CEC-first.

What you're helping with

I'm a developer (not an electrician — I'll say it plainly). I built SparkCalc for electricians and apprentices: wire sizing with derating, voltage drop, motors, grounding, breakers, service loads, conduit & box fill and more — all offline, no account, no data collection.

Google requires 12 testers for 14 days before a new app can launch publicly. That's the whole ask: install it, keep it on your phone for two weeks.

Everyone who helps gets the $5 ad-removal unlocked free forever. And if you find a wrong table value — tell me, and I'll fix it before launch. That's the point of testing.

How it works

  1. Tap the button below and sign in with your Google account.
  2. Accept the tester invite and install SparkCalc from the Play Store.
  3. Keep it installed for 14 days. Use it, break it, check my math.
  4. Send feedback (there's a Feedback screen in the app) or email thedevdaemon@protonmail.com.
Join the test
